Chef de Partie – Multi Award-Winning Restaurant
Are you a skilled Chef de Partie ready to work at the very highest level? Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a multi award-winning Michelin restaurant — an exceptional opportunity to elevate your career and work alongside some of the finest culinary talent in the country, with a total package worth up to £35,000.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be part of a passionate, elite team producing stunning tasting menus from the finest luxury seasonal ingredients. You’ll take full ownership of your section, ensuring every element of prep and service is completed to the exacting Michelin standard. This is a Chef de Partie role for someone who demands the best from themselves every single service.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie with previous Michelin or 2 rosette experience, real passion for excellence, and the drive to be part of something truly special. Live-in accommodation may be available for the right candidate.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Holt, Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-sea, Burnham Market or possibly Fakenham area with their own transport
Benefits
Salary Package of £30,000 (based on 48hr week) | Share of Tips (usually at least £5,000 per year, paid monthly) | Meals on Duty | Possible Live In Available
